Wine Tasting Les Hautes Terres
Join us for Wine Tasting Saturday following the Port Townsend Farmer’s Market. Our friend Jesse of Puget Street Imports will be pouring five beautiful Organic wines from Les Hautes Terres.
Les Hautes Terres is located on the very western edge of the Languedoc in the tiny village of Roquetaillade. Here, on the boundary of the Limoux appellation, Geneviève and Gilles Azam live and work at the very top of a 600m summit that is surrounded by an amphitheater of vineyards. The fossil filled clay-limestone and sandstone slopes offer countless expositions and unique microclimates, perfect for crafting honest wines that showcase this unique terroir.

From years of tasting wine and visiting with vignerons, the most memorable wines all have one thing in common: a meticulous, hands on approach in the vineyards eschewing the use of pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers. We believe that each of our wines represents a year in the life of the vigneron who nurtured it from vine to bottle.

Terrariums require minimal upkeep and are fun to put together even if you haven’t found your green thumb.
You’ll learn about tropical plants and soils, terrarium tools and everything you need to create terrariums at home.
This is a beginner friendly workshop with no prior experience required. Suitable for adults and kids over 10 years old.
All tools, plants, glass and materials will be provided.

Collage night
Join us at the shop for a collage craft night, open to the public and free to join and participate.
Wine, spritzers, many N/A options will be available for purchase and complimentary tea will be available.
Please feel free to bring any magazines or fun items to contribute to the table to share. Scissors will be available but feel free to bring your own for convenience of use.
Basic paper will be provided to collage on, but consider bringing other items like notebooks, folders, cards etc.
